Please be a good neighbor and take care of your lot. See Covenant # 8 on page 8 in directory/handbook. “All weeds and grass shall be kept to a maximum height of 8 inches above the ground level.” (6/28/13)

In an effort to enforce Boating Rule (5B) page 20 in LVA directory/handbook, and thus help to prevent excessive erosion of the shore, a buoy has been placed in the north and south bay at the request of lot owners. The rule states, “Speeds exceeding 5 mph-no excessive wake-are illegal at all times in or within 30 yards (90 feet) of any boat, harbor, marina, landing or fishing pier/dock, anchored boats or bathing beaches.” The buoys have been placed to comply with the Boating Rule. Please do not move the buoys. (6/28/13)
